APPOINTMENTS & RATES

While some couple’s simply want to make sure their relationship gets off to a healthy start, other couples want to gain skills to effectively navigate multiple stresses that exert pressure on their relationship and to reduce conflicted, avoiding and distancing patterns. Marriage and couple’s counseling can improve communication, intimacy, problem solving, financial management, more connected parenting, improved coping with trauma, addiction/co-dependency patterns, and reducing relationship destroying behaviors regardless of whether you are just beginning a relationship or have been in a relationship for some time.

Timeframes: Couple sessions generally last 60 to 90 minutes depending on the couple’s needs.

Fees for Services: 

• 60 minutes Sessions are charged a fee of $150  

• 75 minute sessions are charged a fee of $187.50  

• 90 minute sessions are billed charged a fee of $225

Economy Package: Purchasing sessions as a bundle of four (4) creates a savings of $100. The price for the Economy Package is $500.  

Individuals join a trained therapist for one-on-one consultations in a safe and trusting environment.  Therapists are trained and qualified to work with individuals struggling with mental health symptoms.

Family sessions are helpful for families struggling with adjustments such as adoption, blended family, infertility, pre/post-divorce, death, re-location, home displacement, catastrophic events, trauma, chronic illness, addiction,  justice system involvement (probation/parole), etc. Family sessions are also helpful if your family is wanting to change old habits that keep your family in stress mode.

Stabilization Group (Phase 1)

Therapist-led groups are useful as a supplement to therapy. It provides real-life feedback and interaction among the group participants.  The primary goal of group sessions is stabilization. Stabilization is the building block to the creation of a healthy and happy lifestyle.  Gaining a variety of coping skills; enhancing strengths (protective factors); reducing harmful behaviors (risk factors) will increase your resiliency.

Areas covered include:  Mindfulness; Regulating Thoughts, Feelings, and Behaviors; Stress Management; Boundaries; Men's Trauma Recovery; Women's Trauma Recovery; Addiction & Co-Dependency; and Healthy Sexuality; 

​

Groups are gender specific.

Appointments are scheduled based on therapist availability:

Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 8 pm 

Fridays: 9 am - 4 pm

Some Saturdays: 9 am - 2 pm

We accept payment for services using the following online applications:​

Debit or credit cards accepted include Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

For payments that are made via debit or credit card, the charges will be shown as “LMFTI Consultation” and will be charged the day of each individual, couple, family, or group session.  Fees are due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Upon request, a receipt is available for your records.

​

Please note the following:

• We are not a provider for any insurance company nor do we submit insurance claims. 

• All Sessions are conducted online using a HIPAA compliant link that provides both video and audio. 

• Failure to provide at least a 24-hours notice of cancellation will result in a surcharge of $40.

• No Shows are charged $60.
